1. General Terms

  • By using the services of Fast Track Travel & Tourism , the customer agrees to comply with all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
  • The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Offered

  • Airline ticketing
  • Visa processing and visa change services
  • Holiday packages
  • Other travel-related services

All services are provided as an intermediary between the customer and third-party providers.

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be made before issuance of any service.
  • Payments must be made only to official company channels.
  • The company is not liable for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Once an invoice/receipt is issued, cancellation will incur a 20% charge, even if services are not yet provided.
  • Tickets, visas, holiday packages, visa change services, and travel insurance are non-refundable once issued.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline/third-party rules.
  • All service fees, visa fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is issued through third-party providers.
  • Fast Track Travel & Tourism is not responsible for rejected claims.

6. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities.
  • The company does not guarantee visa approval.
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Overstay fines
    • Immigration violations
    • Travel bans
  • The company is not liable for denied boarding or entry.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all personal details (name, passport, etc.) are correct before issuance.
  • Review all documents immediately upon receipt.
  • Report any errors within the same day.
  • Failure to report errors on time means automatic acceptance.

8. Changes & Amendments

  • All changes are subject to airline/hotel/provider rules.
  • Any penalties, fare differences, or charges will be borne by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The company acts only as an agent/intermediary.
  • Not responsible for:
    • Flight delays/cancellations
    • Visa rejection
    • Hotel/service issues
    • Force majeure events (e.g., war, pandemic, government restrictions)

10. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or political unrest
  • Government restrictions

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Customer information is collected only for service processing purposes.
  • Data will not be shared except with relevant authorities or service providers.
