Submit a photocopy of the English UAE residence visa. The UAE visa must be valid for at least six (6) months;

One (1) recent passport size photo was taken within six (6) months and signed by the applicant on the back portion;

Present original passport and submit photocopies of passport data page(s).

Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;

Letter of Guarantee from employer/company sponsor stating and/or certifying the following:

 Position and/or designation of the applicant;

 Inclusive period of applicant’s employment with the sponsor;

Monthly salary; and

No objection for the applicant’s travel to the Philippines.

Signed invitation/Reference letter from Philippine sponsor/contact person, company or Filipino spouse together with the inviting person’s passport or any valid ID and indicating the complete address and telephone number(s) in the Philippines or Hotel Booking in the Philippines and copy of ticket;

Proof/s of the applicant’s financial capacity to travel:

 Minimum salary must be AED5,000.00 and above; and/or

Bank statement covering the past three (3) months from the date of the statement, must have a minimum balance of AED 10,000.00 and above;

Police Clearance in English issued by the UAE Ministry of Interior for ages 18 years old and above
